The unique Horizons Therapeutic Education Trust Learning Centres are part of a wider strategic partnership to support Somerset’s children. Horizons Therapeutic Education Trust is a strategic partnership between Somerset Council (SC), Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, and Shaw Trust. Shaw Trust is a large national charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with disabilities and complex needs. 

At Horizons Therapeutic Education Trust, we provide therapeutic education to support children in Somerset. Our students are children who live in the Homes and Horizons foster homes and children’s homes, as well as a small group of children identified by Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
