Therapeutic Education Practitioners x 2
Horizons Therapeutic Education Trust (HTET) is seeking to recruit two dedicated and experienced Therapeutic Education Practitioners (TEPs) to join our supportive and resilient team based at our Learning Centres in Misterton and Wellington. You will be excited to make a difference but also have the patience to be forgiving in challenging situations and no two days will be the same.
We are exceptionally proud of the impact our team has made in ensuring the very best for all our young people now and in the future and welcome candidates who share our ethos of working collaboratively with all parties to ensure the very best for our complex young people.
The work will be challenging and rewarding, and you will be working in an environment where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, where young people and staff are listened to, respected and involved in as many decisions as possible. We offer comprehensive training, including a focus on proven interventions and insight into therapeutic practice and further career development opportunities.
